Love it!! I like all the hidy holes.

Just something I did. I got the fluval pre-filter sponge and put it over the intake valve so no fins get sucked in. It fits perfectly!

oh snap that's right. :0 is there a cheaper way... hmm... wait... I do have nylon... yay for nylons so many purpose! :D I'll put that over the valve before I put Zebo in there.

Do you have any friends in there with your bettas? Other then shrimp or snails?

I'm still new to stocking vs tank size.

I have not put any friends in with them. From what I have read you could put a couple of shrimp but NOT snails because of their bioload. I have a snail in my guppy tank and OMG does he/she poo alot.

so then it would be too small to put any other fish in there? I personally don't like snails... don't think you could pay me to put snails in any of my tanks (no offense snail lovers!)

The majority of the fish that are compatible with bettas are schooling fish so there is not enough room for you to put a school of fish in. Your betta will be happy to have all 5 gallons to himself anyway. Mine all love them!

I bet! I was just wondering and wanting to be sure. I think I'll buy some more shrimp, I love shrimp xD.

I know my friend keeps kind of picking at me to put more then just one betta in there. My dad looked at me funny when I said it was just for my betta too.

I just sit back and smile nodding my head and say "That could work"

In head "don't touch my fish tank, ever"
