You know what you cooooould do? You could setup the new vase now with fresh water, so that when the lil girl is back to her old self again, you could move her immediately! And you can remove some of the gravel now, it won't bother her! :) Just reach in and scoop some out, then add more treated water and repeat. ;) It helps if you have an old 1 gallon jug, rinse it really well, and then put in some tap water and treat it with conditioner. Then you can use it whenever you want! ;)

This is not true. VERTICAL lines mean they are ready to breed, NOT horizontal.

Turtle is right. Horizontal lines mean that the fish is stressed.

try and get her a bigger tank. most pet stores sell "kritter keepers" in the rodent section, and you can get her a 2.5 gallon for around ten dollars. also, try to invest in a heater, if you don't have one. it's good that she's doing better, though.
