Quite a few stupid people kept relying on the "safety" in them to keep them from detonating like grenades when they left them on while draining water.

The safety failed. I don't think I've read of one instance of a stealth pro detonating when used correctly. Still, if the safety doesn't work, they're unsafe.

Im in Australia and my preferred brand is AquaOne. none of their products have failed me or my partner, filters, heaters, lights. nothing and my partners been using Aqua One for like 8 years
