Not wisteria...But whatt?!?!

I posted this question on TFK.com (which I recently found I can get onto with my username...DERP!) but have a feeling it might not be answered.

http://www.tropicalfishkeeping.com/a...23/#post622338

Will you help me out? Im pretty bummed I might have been sold something my tank is too hot for. Sadness! :'c If so, I might let it grow out in a cooler tank and sell it to a local store, if possible LOL! (Wallyworld, where you at?)

Thanks, guys :3

(ps, I think it might be green cabomba) :C

I'm not too sure but it looks like hornwort. If it is hornwort I don't think you'll have any problems cause hornwort is an easy plant and a fast grower. Link to hornwort

Even if it is cabomba the temperature you keep your betta at should be fine for green cabomba.

I dont think its ambulia (at least not from what I can tell in its current state), though it is similar. Hornwort is a closer match, though its a bit different. Its tricky to guage just which it is while in QT like it is D;

If it is Cabomba, my tanks tend to stay above their max 77' degrees (80-82'), which makes them die like mad. Sighhh!

Thanks for the input. I didnt know hornwort looked like that, and didnt even know what ambulia was! hah.

Its not, 100%. It doesnt have the same shape or nettles.

I think it's more like hornwort, it had those little bulb looking things. Its in a bigger QT now, so itll be easier to figure out.

I got it from the Pet Advantage in Burlington, VT. :B They sold it from a giant planted tank, it was cool.
