Put him in a cup with the tank water of his original setup and let float in his new digs. Slowly add the new tank water into his cup little at a time so he adjusts....

Hi!
When you were transfering him, did you dump him in or did you slowly aclimatize him?

Yup - you need to acclimate a fish any time you move him to new digs or even back to his old digs after a 100% water change.

Hope it works out for you and Rocky!

I have come up with a cunning plan! hehe

I shall add water that's currently in the new tank to his bowl slowly. Then...well this is what I need help with. How do you get him used to his new "digs"? How do i float a cup in there?? Seems unstable and will tip over?? I know silly questions, but rather look silly and ask than have him have a hard time!

Thanks again for the tips!

You tape the cup to the side of the tank :3 duct tape woks best, you only need a little piece and it wont leave any residue :D

Ok, I have the cup he came in. So, the point is to tape him to the side of the tank below the water in his cup so that he will get used to it. How long do I do this for? Then after just dump him into the tank?

Thanks again!
