I had no clue he was like this for a while!

I looked over and one of my oranda gf was stuck upside down and wedged in between a plant. I pulled him out to find 3 pebbles stick in his mouth!

He was in a panic and almost lifeless. I got the rocks out and set him fee, but he just floated belly up taking huge breathes. I held him again and gently rocker him back and fourth in the water.

Its been an hour at least and he is back to normal slimming ,but still super stressed I can tell. I put a little stress zime in there and will probably do a water change tomorrow. I really hope they are not to stressed to where I have an ick break out >.<

Heimlich Manouver for Goldfish? Hope both you and the Oranda are OK. They're known to eat gravel once in a while, but they spit them back out when they realise they can't really eat them. I guess yours didn't get the memo?

Well his was very stuck. He could not push it out.

FYI everyone! He was find this morning! Still a tad stressed and he did eat, but now he is a little shy of putting rocks in his mouth.

And they say GF arnt smart....bahh!
