Betta fish sorority help

Hi Guys!
I just started a 10 gallon sorority tank thank houses 5 females, 4VT 1 CT. Though this is my very first time starting a sorority, I've read plenty of info and advice and feel confident that this would be a success. But I would still want to know your advice (never hurts to know more).
How long should aggression last? Level of aggression I should allow? When alpha female is established, does aggression die down? If aggression continues, should I remove aggressor?
