Purple made rips. .___.

checked on Purple today(his name is now, offically, Purple. xD), and got him to flare! such a cute, tiny boy, with a big ol' flare. he likes to swim sideways and wiggle as he flares. then, i noticed It. .___. a small hole in his otherwise beautiful tail. then, i saw his dorsal. two small rips. i looked all over his tank, for anything he could have ripped his fins on. only thing i can figure, is a soft, plastic plant. the only things he has in his tank, are two plants and a boat. the boat, my brother's CT had, and he never ripped his fins on it, so i'm guessing it was the plastic plant. >.> stupid plant. ripping Purple's fins.

also, i'm almost certain, Purple is NOT a blue fish covered in red wash. i see NO blue AT ALL on Purple. with Cup, who has red wash, i can see the red, and the blue, but no purple. o3o or, maybe i'm just being hopeful, that i have a purple betta. xD

it healed already. o.0 shocked me, how fast they healed.

as for pics of Purple, i can't get his true colors in pics! :O i've tried already. i'll try again, with natural sunlight, to see if that helps any, though.
