yea he's pretty happy now, started playing with the filter bubbles and then woke me up scaring me with doing jumps around in the water lol. Definitely is lively now. I'm just hoping what I've done will have him last a good long while. I want to take care of him and have him happy.

65 Hour mark

Wanted to show an update of the tank and how he looked currently, going to reach 72 hours soon and wanted to show an update and see if anyone saw anything out of the ordinary for him.

CONGRATS on your fish, tank & all that stuff!!! One word of advice, though, if you don't mind. Get rid of the PH balancer stuff. He will adjust to your PH & the less chemicals used, the better!!!! :)

You're welcome - but DO remember to use water conditioner! Prime is the absolute BEST, IMO/E!!!!

Thank You! so coming up on almost a week of having him around and he's still alive (somehow makes me think of portal and portal 2) and I've done some upgrades, he now has both of his bulbs in his 5g tank working (one was dead and the other was reported with a DOA this morning. I also went ahead and got a new thermo when I found out it wasn't reporting temps and happy to announce he's currently staying between 77-78F variance. He was also given a new treat of bloodworms which he loved. I also went ahead and switched to Omega one small pellets for tropical fish and he seems to be having a bit of an issue seeing this as food but more so an annoyance. any suggestions?
