Move your cup to the opposite (right) side of the tank. Don't put it anywhere near the hideouts. Since the hideouts are plastic (I think) I'd take them out either after they've spawned or after fry are free swimming.

Is the female and the male in the same bowl? I can't tell.

How warm is the water? Do you have something to cover the top to increase humidity if needed?

Other than moving the styrofoam cup to the right side and covering the top with plastic to trap humidity, the only other things is that the water should be shallower. No more than 5 inches deep.

ok. so i lowered the water level and move the cup. yes i do have a towel to cover the tank.the temperature is between 77 and 80F. and themale and the female are in separated tanks.. thank u guys!
