Betta vs..... Snake? o_O

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GPvrj...rec_grec_index

The snake probably looks like a bloodworm feast fit for a king from the fish's perspective. What was the owner thinking? >>

at least the snake didn't eat the betta. Xd i've seen people FEED their bettas to everything from turtles, to oscars, piranhas, Arowanas, i've even seen a snake eat a goldfish.

I don't think it's really that bad, how they are keeping them.
If the snake is not a water dwelling snake, then it is not really a problem. It looks like the betta has it's own side, and the snake has one of it's own, I can see part of a dry land.
The only problem would be if the people were not careful about it, like making sure no accidents would happen.

Yea, that looks a bit too close, but maybe the snake doesn't actually try to eat the betta, they did say the betta attacked the snake, it probably thought it was food.

if you guys look, it shows a small part of what is probably a large paludarium, and those things aren't stuff your average person who could care less about animals does :) Paludariums have to be well thought out in order to work properly. Chances are that the animals were carefully considered before being added. I highly doubt the snake is a fish eating snake, seeing as that'd be incompatible with the fish in the water. I guess the person overlooked the fact that the betta might be too much for the snake to handle XD

"A siamese fighting fish attacks a snake the snake will have non of this and strikes back."

The last part of the description is sort of worrisome..Hopefully neither ended up hurt.

This had to have been a thought out set-up. The snake probably got too close and learned his lesson.

I doubt either got hurt. But the fish probably does it everytime he gets a taaad too close for him/her to already be filming. I hope the snake has a water sourcee somewhere else so this doesn't *have* to happen.
