Thank you everyone for all of your help. He does seem much more subdued than my other fish, but he still flares, eats, poops (gosh is he a pooper!), and swims around, so I think it is just his personality. Plus he does not really know me yet like my other fishy, who gets excited to see me. I will post a new topic if anything changes. :D
