.. is there a length on how many characters you can use in a post??? I just tried to post a spawn log just now and I wasn't allowed to because there was over 1000 characters or some other crap. What is the purpose in that besides forcing verbose individuals like myself to make multiple posts which is annoying and a waste of time, especially with slow internet.

Well I don't think that's the case................there isn't a limit I have heard of............ um shouldn't this be in the rant thread instead of its own?

Why should it be in the rant thread? It's not a rant. Besides even if it was there's no rule against posting threads. I don't have to post in the rant thread if I don't want to.

I FINALLY managed to post the thread. I think there was something going on with the pictures I was using. After I downloaded them to my computer and RE-uploaded them to the site it seemed to work.

I tried to take a screen shot of what it was telling me but it didn't seem to take.

What it basically said is I had some number of characters and I needed to limit the number of characters to 10,000 characters. That seems like a lot of characters but when you think of all the code that is in a reply and links it adds up quickly.

I've never had this issue before with pictures but then again I didn't take these particular pictures.
