For me, I think the thing with FD bloodworms is that they're so... dry. Zekie gets SBD from unsoaked pellets, so I shudder to think of what the wormies would do to him. It also could cause constipation. I know a lot of people soak them before feeding them to their betta, and I think that's a pretty good idea.

Anyway... back to the topic. I think it's very well possible, as long as there's a high protein value with those particular pellets. That being said, the fish would probably still enjoy "treats" every once in a while. Mine go absolutely nuts over frozen bloodworms.
