10-15 gallon stocking advise

I gave my mom a 29 gallon tank that I was planning on doing a sort of riparium sort of thing with ...that or a sorority....but I never got around to it and I have 8 tanks to clean already.. ..and she wanted to set up a fish tank..lol.....

She only wants to fill it up about 10-15 gallons and do the riparium sort of thing as well...She was thinking about maybe putting her male betta in there...

...Since it will be longer than tall what sort of fish that aren't nippy can I get for her to put in there with him?Are harlequin rasboras fin nippers at all? Or mollies? Thanks! Just looking for some ideas...I don't think she wants to get corydoras unfortunately..
Even though I love them and think they're adorable. haha
