Hmm. Both can be used primarily as water conditioners or as stress relievers. Prime aparently has the added benefit of neutralizing ammonia as well. I use Stress Coat when my guy has rips in his fins but to be honest, I've heard more people reccommending Prime than any other water conditioner product. And my guy still has rips in his fins. o_O

i went with Stress Coat for Caroline. x: i'll use it for Chappy, too, and the Prime for Caroline, since she has the biggest issues with Ammonia(being in a 1 gallon, and all. x-x how i wish she wasn't agoraphobic. Dx).

Caroline's agoraphobic? Wow, I guess she's getting back to her wild betta roots when they could be found in hoofprints filled with rainwater.

Lulu is. my Plakat girl. :d guess she's a true, wild betta! xD i once upgraded her to a 2 gallon, right after my CT girl, Freya passed. she hid in the cave for a week straight, only coming out to eat. x: poor girlie.

i changed Caroline's water. added the Stress Coat. she's still clamped, but it's after a water change. so, that's to be expected of my spoiled brat. :d she DID get all excited when she saw me pick up the baggy of food, though. xD
