Betta Breeding.

I have a spawn of 12 fry from a pair that i bred around 3 weeks ago. The same pair are breeding again as we speak. I can't tell if my male is eating the eggs or not can some one help me please.

Welcome to the forum....

Its hard to say if he is eating the eggs or not....some males will hold eggs in their mouth longer than others..I have had males hold eggs until after the next embrace...as with anything....it varies from spawn to spawn even with the same pair.......if he start to look really fat..he is most likely eating them...only time will tell....but if he was successful once and he is eating the eggs...something may be wrong with them and you want him to eat them....

What spawning method are you using and is it the same method as the first....
