Its very nice! Is it a 10 gallon tank? I love the natural gravel look, its very nice!

Does that ammonia alert thing actually work? I've seen them at stores but never bought one before.

I'm not sure if the ammonia thing works or not. To be honest, I never let the levels get up high enough to register. ^_^ But I thought it was worth a try. That was in my "Buy everything for your fish whether you need it or not" stage. This included algae products even though I've never once had a problem with algae. When I was a raw newbie, I think I had "sucker" written all over my face every time I walked into my Petsmart. Now I have "trouble" written there 'cause I always point out the dead fish in their tanks.

The ammonia alert thing, in my experience, fails hard. Didn't alert me to quite the spike. Only my liquid test did.

Thanks for telling me about the ammonia alert thing. ^_^ Sorry about this, I couldn't figure out how to put pictures in PMs so I posted them here in desperation. And then I found out I was trying to leave a visitor message, not a PM. Duuuh. This will be Ianthe's tank soon so she can post a pic of what she's done with it.
