NO. Dont use that, trust me. You will get SOAKED.
Put her in her cup or into a sandwich bag. That way, shes not getting knocked around in the water too much. She really wont be swimming around, anyway.
The day before your trip, do a small water change- 25% but not more than 50%... Then use that water in her bag. Dont feed her the night before or that day.
Keep her wrapped in a dark shirt or something to keep her calm, and keep her on your lap for warmth and stability.
If the cup has holes on the top, cover them- trust me, too much water will escape! Open the lid every once and a while for new, nice air.
Ive done this a billion times...I travel all year back and forth from college- 6 hours away, usually every month or so (boooo)... My fish fare well this way.
