Ryuu's bloated?

I woke up this morning and fed my betta, Ryuu, and he seemed fine.

This is the first day I was going to feed him bloodworms. I did what I normally do to feed him and he knows what's going to happen, but today when i gave him the bloodworms, he completely ignored them. Almost like, "What's this? That's not food," and continued to wait for pellets, I didn't want him to not eat, so I did give him two pellets (less than usual). there weren't that many bloodworms in there. I went upstairs to start cleaning my room, when I came back downstairs, I saw that he was a little bloated. Could that have been from the bloodworms that don't seem to be there anymore (odd)?

I attempted to take a picture of him to post on here, but he started freaking out when I put the camera next to the tank. Other than that, he seems pretty normal. He's always been a bit camera shy.

How often do you feed your betta fish? 3 pellets daily, I wanted to do bloodworms once a week, 1 day of fasting

Maintenance
How often do you perform a water change? Right now, daily.
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? 50-100%
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? Conditioner, Aquarium Salt (he ripped his fins so he’s been out of his tank with all the plants, etc.)

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed? A little bloated (besides the ripped fins that seem to be healing fine)

When did you start noticing the symptoms? 20 minutes ago
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how? Not feeding him tomorrow?
Does your fish have any history of being ill? I’ve had him for less than a month, so I’m not sure.
How old is your fish (approximately)? Probably a few months, maybe 4-5.

Is he having any trouble swimming? If not, fast him for a day or two. If he still appears bloated after that then treat him with 1tsp/gal Epsom salt.

How long has he been on the Aquarium Salt treatment? Overuse of Aq.Salt can cause bloating.

Are they freeze-dried blood worms?

He seems to be swimming okay.
Frozen bloodworms.
He's been on the aquarium salt for 3 days now. I give him half a teaspoon per gallon. When I do a 50% water change I add a little more (not half a teaspoon, maybe a little shy of 1/4)

That's good. A fast should do it, but if he is still bloated in 36-48 hours then stop the Aq.Salt and use Epsom Salt until he recovers, then stop Epsom and use Aq.Salt again. Do 100% water changes when you switch between salts. Don't worry, it won't hurt him if he is exposed to both salts at the same time, but Epsom salt will be less effective if Aq.Salt is in the water too. Good luck and keep us posted :)
