Been super busy with work and traveling home.
While I was home, locked my keys in the garage and everyone else was out of town. My dad told me to break the door to the garage (it's a detached garage) and as I was breaking out the rest of the glass to clean it up, the police came. So that was interesting, but all good. And now we need a new door to the garage. Whoops.
And my co-worker and I came up with a list that annoys us as cashiers:
-People who talk on their cell phone at the register. Especially because it's a home improvement store were there are orders and information needs to be put in the computer about said orders. Makes it difficult when you're talking to Jimmy about what you had to eat at IHOP last night while you waited for car's tires to be changed on you 2008 Explorer that has 31,000 miles. -_- ^that happened
-People who leave their wallets in the car. I'm actually surprised at how many people do this. And like I said, because it's a home improvement stores there are orders which can only be rung up once. So it's not like I can clear it out and help the next customer. I have to wait on the person to come back. Check before you come in!
-Creepy old men who hit on all the lady cashiers.
-People who think that information regarding tax is the same in Illinois as it is in Iowa. C'mon. They're different states.
-Sweaty people with sweaty money.
-People who ask why there credit was declined. SERIOUSLY? I don't know your finances. Call your bank.
