Snails! :3

a week or two ago I moved my fish into a QT tank for fin rot.
while he's been in the QT, his main tank has had a bit of down time while I worried about treating him rather than keeping it all clean and sparkly.
today I figured I might as well, even though he's not going back quite yet, and I found an itsy bitsy snail :3 :3
there's only one I can see so far, and I have been cleaning pretty hard, so I opted to leave the little guy alone. I'm kindof hoping I will get just a few, and that maybe they'll grow a little bigger ;3; has anyone ever let these guys stick around? you know what breed they probably are, how big they'll get, or anything else? ^-^
I know they can become a pest, so I will watch closely, no worries >.<;
since they won't hurt my betta though, and there's only one, might as well see how it goes ^-^;

Probably one of these guys?

If so..they multiply fast... I like to keep a few around in my tank but I squish the eggs when I see them on my plants..that way it keeps the population down a bit.

@Littlebittyfish
looks like him :3 so cute ;3; I will keep a close watch just in case x3
but they seem kindof cool, to dorky me anyway :3 thanks for sharing :D
and yeah, I heard they're good for eating decaying plant matter :D

@Pitluvs
ohh, I hope mine grows up like that :D I bet my betta would love him :3
thanks for sharing, he must love the tank :3

mine hasn't grown much yet, but maybe he's just a hatchling ^-^; especially since I hand picked all weird things off my plants before adding them in, he must've been >.<

thanks both for the feedback :D
