It's a 1.5. I think i'll just do 50% everyday.

In a 1.5 gallon one 100% and one or two 50% water changes every week should keep it pretty clean. As long as you do that and remove any uneaten food then he should be good to go =)

Hang in there, bettalover. No one is condemning you, just remember that. The other posters are suggesting you don't get another fish until you can get a bigger tank because they don't want you constantly saddened by your fish dying. They're not yelling at you or telling you off, they are concerned about you and your fish and they don't want you sad. Just remember, we're all your friends here and we'll be here if you need us.

I know you said somewhere about kritter keepers and just passing on the petco by my house has hydor 15watt heaters that heat the large kritter keeper to 80-82F for $10
