Guys -- you catch more flies with honey ;) Don't be so harsh. Yes Phillip went about it the wrong way, but since he (she? sorry) already has the fish let's find constructive ways to help him out. flowerslegacy has the right idea here.
My $0.02 is that if the fish are still in the tank, get the filter. But you WILL have to perform daily water changes to keep toxins at bay. Also if you don't have it, get some Prime which will neutralize the toxins until the tank is cycled. I would perform 40-50% water changes every day, but you have to be sure that the water temp is the same, and that the pH of the new water is also the same.
If you can't do this, you risk your fish becoming ill or worse, dead :(
