How many of you will be starting college for the first time, this year? How many will be returning to college this year?

I will be going back to school... for my 7th year of undergrad! got my first degree in pre-vet, now finishing up in sports medicine. I took the LOOOOOOONG road for sure :)

i'll be going back to college as a freshman, haha. i've switched majors about four times and this time, it's for sure, since i have to switch schools now too.

i was first a dramatic writing major, switched to animation, switched to visual effects, and that was the last of my art school experiences. now i'm in information tech/computer science. (being a starving artist isn't as cracked up as it's sounds..)



ohwow, seven years of undergrad... man you are gonna kick butt with those degrees!

just taking a communication class right now, it was a required credit, but it's turned out to be really interesting. this fall or winter (I'm #1 on the waiting list for fall right now) I'll start my actual baking course and I'm pretty excited about it :D

I just finished under grad :D I'm freelancing now and I'll be looking for a grad course next year :D

I'll be going back for my 4th year of undergrad. Probably looking at at LEAST 1 more year before graduation.

I'm going for my BS in Communication Sciences and Disorders and afterwards I'll be going for my Masters and possible Doctorate. I'm not sure what I want to specialize in. Right now I'm interested in infant swallowing but I'm taking an Audiology course this semester so perhaps I'll go the Audiology route versus the speech route.


Needless to say I've probably got another good 7-11 years left of school, residencies, etc.

I'm hoping that after I get my BS I can get a job as a Speech Pathologist Assistant (you have to get certified but shouldn't be too hard). It would be a GREAT way to gain contacts and experience and really boost my chances of getting a job once I finish grad school.


Either that or I'll give it all up.. switch my major to Marine Biology or Animal Behavior and do something I actually WANT to do.

7-11 years! Wow, that's a lot of school! I couldn't handle that. lol
