Food problems

I have looked everywhere and can't find any food for bettas all the pet shops I've been to say frozen bloodworms- but I always thought they where a treat. By the way I'm in England so petsmart/petco are a no-no! So is it possible to feed a betta them as a diet?

Frozen bloodworms are fine, but variety is the key to a healthy betta diet. Frozen brine shrimp can be found in most fish stores and work well too.

Can you find any pellets made for bettas? If you can't tropical pellets can do the job. :)
