This Guy Is GORGEOUS.

i went to walmart the other day, so of course i had to check the fish section. the time i went before that, long story short, practically all of them had some sort of illness. the other day, they had just got some new arrivals and this guy was among them:

UGHH isn't he just gorgeous?! i swear, i just stood there staring at him for about 10 minutes, and it just killed me that i couldn't take him home.

here's a video of him:

i was afraid there would be somebody who would go, "oh, you shouldn't be taking pictures/recording etc etc.." but fortunately there wasn't.

there were also many other new, beautiful bettas, and they're actually starting to sell some females. but still, most of them were sick, bad cases of fin rot, SBD, and other things. :/

i just hope most of them are fortunate enough to be picked up by someone who knows how to properly care for bettas. <3

He's a Wal-Mart boy? Wow. I hope he finds a good home before his gorgeous fins rot off. I'll cross my fingers and say a fishy prayer that he and all of his other betta friends at Wal-Marts around the country find good homes fast.

When will walmart stop :( Yesterday we went and looked and they had over 50 Betta's and at the very back was forgotten one that had completely decomposed in the container and was still sitting there amongst a new batch. I took a picture and took it the managment. I doubt they will do anything but what else can we do?

yeah, i really wish i can bring him home, but i just don't have the money, space, or time for more than one betta at the moment.

@Sakura8 yeah, i pray for the fish too. haha i know it sounds silly, but it can't hurt. (:

@Bettas Rule aw gosh, that's terrible. ):
