If you're looking at the wilds section on Aquabid 10 to 1 you are looking at different species of Betta. Betta is actually the genus name and splendens is the species name. There are a few species you can breed with splendens but it's probably not best for a beginner to attempt a hybrid, plus such hybrids can be looked down upon by some in the hobby.

Ah thanks much 1fish, If I may ask why is it looked down on? I think some of the traits would play well together in my own opinion. I won't be trying any of that breeding for quiet some time if at all.
