Hey, so since I joined and I like it thus far I will add an intro thread. I'm 23 and live in St. John's Newfoundland. Most Easterly you can go in North America. Little island. Very homogenous and peaceful. I love it here!

I am a full time student at university studying History and folklore. My goal is to complete my BA and get into the faculty of education for high school history . I live with my bf Matt whose already in the education dept doing primary grades, my 14 year old terrier mix Coco, my (nearly) 5 year old bunny Acacia and of course Lakitu!

Thanks guys!! Yea my high school history teacher blew me away with the courses I took and since public school curriculums are so vague I decided to go study it as a major :) He would be proud. And folklore kind of happened by mistake since I originally went in for english but hated the faculty (I still need some courses to get into education) and folklore was SO easy and fun!! (bumped up GPA)
