Your know your a crazy knit/crochet lady when :
You put your hair up with a crochet hook so you always have one for emergencies!
Some people use pens I use my hook :)

Sometimes I crochet a chain and then pick up the stitches for big projects. But then I either have to go through turn each stitch right or remember to knit through the back loop. Sigh, there is no easy way to cast on for big projects, is there?

youlovegnats - yay! Good for you. One of these days I'll get up the courage to try continental, it does look so much faster. Saw a youtube video of a speed knitter doing continental and it was like, wow :O
