It is very tought. My first betta was a CT boy who on the third day he died, then i got the guy from this thread as a replacement from the same LFS he last a few day them got the same symptoms and died in hours. My new CT is his replacement. Though I hate to say replacement because it isn't true, maybe heir would be a better term.

I have enough boys now though my 4 will keep me happy for a time. It is always tough to lose one, but you just have to remember that they were loved and were happy in their new homes and their lives.

I don't like the term 'replaced'. It is more like you have room, so you fill it :D

I have one boy, a tail biter -.- He is turning black now I think. :3

I might get another later. I have a lot outside of betta world right now... (Starting high school, parents fighting, grandma really sick, mom is ill) grr life stinks like butt.

Yeah, the only reason I said replacement is because well the LFS gave them to me because the fish died. I like to think of them as Heirs, they have taken over the kingdom rules by their predecessors.

yeah that is a lot of stuff going on, but be strong everything works out one way or another. Life does get better though, it doesn't get easier it gets harder, but it does get better.

Thanks DNA, all 6 of my boys are healthy and happy and I am happy to have them. I would have never have gotten any of them without the things that happened. Especially my stunning CT seen here http://www.bettafish.com/showthread.php?t=78773
