Question ???

this is weird... i just looked at my betta skyler and he has vertical stripes on him. also, im 110% hes a male. i thought only females get this when there ready to have eggs... what does this mean?

I thought only horizontal lines meant stressed. Wait, i just looked again and now they're gone. ?

If I remember right, horizontal stripes are stress stripes, while vertical stripes on a male mean he's trying to show his dominance. I could be wrong though.
