@laki

she's way bigger then all chi's i've seen .. she's like maybe 15in - 17ins from shoulder to tail .. and weighs probably 10-12 lbs so far i've narrowed it down to some type of terrier chi mix maybe .. or some kind of toy terrier .. but i'm not sure at all =D

She reminds me of a patterdale terrier. Who knows, but she is cute!

My three :)
Blue (My Blue Bubbah CD): a 9 year old great dane mix

Roscoe (Roscoe's Blu MoonShine CD RN) 4 year old Doberman Pinscher

Izzy (Izzy vom Landheim) 2 year old German Shepherd (both parrents are german imports)

My dogs are my buddy's as well as my hobby. I compete with my two boys (blue and roscoe) in AKC obedience and Rally and i am about to start competing with Izzy in Schutzhund (a german dog sport involving obedience tracking and protection)

Patterdale terrier would have to be one rare let-go in a parking lot!! And no "missing dog" signs!! lol Although, you never know with some people.

My friend just lost her chihuahua who weighed about 15 lbs or somthing. It was bigger than what we normally think chi's are.. Mostly because "teacup" chi's are what people want... And for the most part anything "teacup" is just a runt-ish ill bred dog.

Either way, I LOVE her color!

ManinBlack, your dogs are just beauts. Is Roscoe a show dog?? Without cropped ears?!? o.o I like it if so!! I hate the standards for some of the breeds in AKC. Your shepherds are stunning :)

No such thing as "teacup". That's just a word unethical breeders use to sell dogs along with crap like doodle and chiweenie :barf:

A well bred Chi should be under 6 lbs I believe. It would be easier to guess the breed with pics of her standing side long and head on

Oops, maybe my friend had a chi mix then (blush). I've spent 14 years not caring what my dog's breed was. He's still and always will be my best friend. :)

Thanks! and yep Roscoe is a show dog but not in the conformation ring, he's got a horrible top line and also i didn't want to crop his ears - but i show him in obedience and rally and looks don't matter in those classes, only their brains

Just throwing this out there... There is such thing as a "Deer Chihuahua". Ok, yes, it's silly!! It's the name attached to it.

Anyways, they are full blood Chihuahuas, but don't have the "apple" head and tend to be taller. Basically the only difference is they can be taller (still lanky though) and their head shape is different.

Google it, you may have a "Deer Chihuahua"! (NO, this is not some "rare" or "special" Chihuahua breed to anyone confused! It is a different line that is against the breed standard that shouldn't be sold for higher profits nor confused for a different breed!)
