Frozen blood worms and Omega one pellets, usually 2 pellets in the morning and 2-3 thawed worms in the evening.
Occasional freeze dried blood worm as a treat (AKA those cute eyes and the feed me wiggle dance worked exceptionally well)

I currently have Aqueon pellets and just bought some bloodworms online that should be here in a few days from petsmart (cuz the closest one is 45 mins away and i dont currently have a car). I bought him baby shrimp- seemed interested in them but were too big for him to eat so I had to scoop it out and give them away to someone who had gold fish

We feed aqeon betta pellets, best thing locally for bettas. NLS would be about $30 a bottle for me :( We also feed frozen glass worms and brine shrimp twice a week.
