Unhappy My New Little Study Buddy is Distracting Me.. :(

I bought a beautiful red male crown betta to be my study buddy in my dorm. However. I'm not writing my paper because I'm too concerned about him. :( He just sags at the bottom of his bowl looking like he wants to keel over and die at any moment. He's blowing bubbles at the top like he's supposed to but he rarely shows off his beautiful fins and sometimes he isn't moving anything at all, I can't even see his gills moving at times. :( Please help me, I've had gold fish and tropical fish, but Ryan (that's his name) is my first betta. I really want to see him happy and healthy.

Hello there! I'm so sorry your little guy may not be feeling well!!! I know what you mean, it is very hard to not worry about them! Can you please fill out these questions so we can help you better, and maybe post a few pics of him if possible?
