Never seen someone sell just duckweed... I just dumped about 5 pounds of the stuff out of my tanks last night.... just fyi like all other floating plants it does best with little to no surface current, so it stays in place. Duckweed is one of those plants that will survive the apocalypse so no huge care issues, even if you just got one or two small pieces of it, by months end the top of your tank will be nearly covered.

Hey just realized I was in the betta section, Hi betta people!

When I want duckweed I go to Petclub and ask them to add it to my fishbag/ plant bag XD on my last trip I came home with enough to cover the entire top of my 48 except where the bubbles and filter push it out of the way lol I like it, but it can get out of control sometimes O.O

how easy is it to grow? Spy LOVES hanging out in the plants i have floating in her tank, but one of these days, i'm gonna weigh them down with rocks(when i find some rocks to go in her tank! LOL) i'd rather her hang out in something soft, than a floating plastic plant. x:

For me it grows like a weed, which it is. I have noticed a problem with it growing in some tanks, than in others. Not sure what the difference is, but I'm sure it's lighting.
