Male or Female?

Im gonna say male as well, his tail fin is a bit big for a female.

I have noticed that petco seems to have alot of very young bettas and alot of incorrectly labled ones (and I dont mean labling a delta a halfmoon..i mean like labeling a VT a CT). One of the ones I got recently was only like an inch long and was totally transparent.
