can you only keep males together? And how do you stop the females from nipping constantly?

Actually I heard that Boars are MORE difficult to keep together, even if they grew up together.

One example: Out of MY Gpigs, Asher is the aggressively dominant Sow, so that is why I keep them separate. When I adopted them they lived in the same small cage at the shelter, but as soon as I got them home. It was like something in Asher's brain snapped and she turned psychopathic towards the other gpigs. In the cage they are now Asher will sometimes chew on poor Toadie's ears thru the bars and her ears are a little chewed up :(

he always had male pigs.... and for some reason came in pares so they got a long well from the start... but the last 3 had to be separated...Duce the big pig was not happy to share his home with 2 new brothers...they fought so much we needed to divide the cage..the cage he made wasn't hard to split up ..2brothers had the bottom part and Duce had a ramp he would use to get up stairs... but now one of the brothers died so we are left with 2 male pigs again..we decided to put them together so they both can use the top and the bottom of the cage....and see what happens..so far so good..they haven't fought ...

The two females are mother and daughter and the boar that i have is the dad.

I cant put him with any other the girls because he will get them pregnant. and if i tried to put the two females together the mother starts to nip at her. Is there a way to stop that?
