Axolotls?

there is a forum called caduta i believe. Best site for info. I was gonna get an axolotl, but ended up rescuing a leopard gecko instead.

I'm on caudata(though I never go, I just signed up to ask questions and left haha) but they are very well educated on axolotls, it's pretty cool. They even know which individual areas have better water for them(they like hard water!)

I had wanted one as my college pet. :) But georgia where I was had the softest water, I didn't want to force a baby to go through that! An adult might be fine, but I wanted a hatchling C:
