lol I agree! My boyfriend loves cichlids, but mostly he is into his comics and pc games.
(I know it sounds childish, but I don't mind because he is rather smart (was in Yale University medical program in his teens) and we all are into something whether it be a type of animals, collections, etc)
And he allows me to indulge in my fish keeping (to a point lol). It's all about give and take and compromises. I'm sure he will love it once you get it completed.

He bought it online. Just one of those kits you put together yourself. He's making a Storm Trooper Costume. I know he has spent A LOT of money on it. Here's the two websites he visits (on these websites, he is DeafTrooper):

If you want mollies as well as bettas, definitely don't get the BiUbe. Mollies would get too big for it, IMHO. Also, the flow from the BiUb filter can be quite violent - not ideal for bettas. Plus they are majorly overpriced. The 20 gallon looks really good, though. I wish they were that cheap here! I would have so many tanks!
