Cool idea for cord organization

I saw an idea similar to this awhile back while browsing Pinterest.
I thought I would share with fellow fish-keepers. This can be helpful especially if you have several cords in one space and after water changes to make sure everything is plugged in correctly.
My mom gave me some label-type post it notes for my birthday awhile back and I thought this might be a good way to put to use. No need to go out and buy anything - can just use paper and tape (unless you want to!)

Thats such an awesome idea! My cords are a jumbled mess and its impossible for me to know which is which. I'm so doing this, why did I never think of it...

Thank goodness my tanks are all separated, so I know what is what!

But I understand the computer mess.... Great suggestion!

Ive been doing this for years-- the best way to go is tape, because if water gets on them, its a mess, and paper IMO has no place too close to any kind of socket.

Wow....American plugs are so wierd....
I am lucky. I only have four plugs running from my fish tank in my room and each of them has a different number of ridges, so I know which is which. :)
