Thanks. I added only the epsom salt when I did the water change today, but only at 2 tsp/gallon. Maybe tomorrow I'll up it to 3 tsp/gal. I will say he doesn't look as bloated now and he's swimming a little more and is upright. He's also showing some signs of appetite, which he hadn't for a while.

Is it overkill to use both Maracyns PLUS General Cure?

The bad news is that I accidentally suctioned out my algae shrimp and dumped it out with the water when I did the water change this morning...Oh well.

I would stay away from General Cure for mixing with both Maracyns.

If you have any anti-parasitic pellets, try and get him to eat those (It's rather hard since none of them seem to like the pellets).
