Sea monkeys are great when you get a huge colony of them. From one starter pack I ended up filling like 5 of their larger sea monkey enclosures and they all just kept breeding and made a huge working little ecosystem in there. It was pretty awesome!

jeeze look at these poor guys O.O I wonder how you manage to keep so many alive in a small space. It would be epic to have a big tank of them(like, 2g not huge). I remember having them as a kid but then.... I ran out of food O.O

I'd like to keep a little 2.5 g one like they sell for seamonkeys. I'm sure my bettas would like it, too. :D I wanna pick purple's brain on how she did that with hers!

Imma have a 1G planted tank with a whole colony of them, as food.

Does anyone know their life span? I wanna give them a good life, then when they are older they'll be food.

Sounds mean but I think that would be nice. Like when they are old and dying they just get put down quick and fill my pets bellies.

Yep. They last a long time. Thats why you should get a kit. Which come with water purifier and specialized food.

I suppose I will. Then i'll put them in the tank instead of the kit they come with.

Can you buy food refill?
