bubbles on tank

I got a new 10 gallon tank yesterday. I clean it with warm water and NO soap. I filled the tank up with water and ni see these bubb;es everywhere on the sides of my tank. I didn't put in anyfish yet and sometimes the bubbles floats to the top. they're really samall bubbles like a betta fish's eyes. Is this harmful to the fish?

Since I take it most of your stuff is new, that is normal. They are just oxygen bubbles. They should go away in a few days while the tank is cycling.

That should be fine. You may have trouble if this continues very long though...
