female question

So when the but hole of the female turns white and her egg sack looks huge, ready to breed? lol

The females always have an egg spot (the white thing)...But thats not her butt lol. It's when she's showing vertical bars and she's lookin really bulky with eggs that she's probably ready to breed. If you're unsure, go look at the stickies in the breeding section. They'll tell you lots

Ohh okay. yeah white ones dont get the bars lol. You rreally just gotta watch her bahaviour around the male. If shes in her jar doing a crazy 'S' dance, flirting and flaring back, I think that means shes interested. Thats how I judge my girls lol. I usually let her out with the male when she swims head down. but thats just me lol

Yup when she is swimming with her head down is a safe way to know that she is ready. When she puts her head down, she is being submissive. How long have you been into bettas btw?
