Talking My very first betta fish!

For weeks I have been on this (very helpful) site, researching on how to care for a betta. Yesterday, I finally got one!

My tank is as follows:

1.5G Tetra WaterWonders Aquarium
Whisper 3i filter w/ BioBags
1 Marimo Moss Ball
3 Silk Plants
3 Plastic Plants
Black Gravel
Lava Rock
Sea shells

I treated my water with a dechlorinating tab and water conditioner.

***I originally had a Petco "Aqua Plant" that turned out to be Lucky bamboo, which I then found out should not be used in aquariums. So I removed those. That might be why my water was cloudy and greenish(?)

Anyways, this is Jacob. Supposedly he is a HM Betta but I'm not sure. (Jacob because I am a major LOST fan )

I got him at the S. Orlando PetSmart, because Altamonte Springs PetSmart had none and the Kissimmee Petco had very little supply and most of them were dead and moldy .

To me his white or cellophane?, he is almost iridescent with pink coloring and the spots range from blue, green and brown.

What would you call his color, pattern, and type (not sure he is HM)?

Wow, he's a pretty boy! He wont look like that forever being that he's a marble. I think he' a delta or super delta. He definitely a marble though~! So if you have him for a long time he'll be all blue before you know it!
