Sorry that you have to go through this and my thoughts are with you both.

My grandmother had this done about 3 or 4 years ago. Depending on he reacts to the medications, he may say/do things under their influence that aren't him. I know my grandmother said some things that were very out of character. You just can't hold it against him. No matter how hurtful.
