My Betta keeps swimming spastically back and forth in his tank.I cleaned it out yesturday, could it be stress from disruption or the reflection and he wants to fight himself, or the changing of the chemicals and water quality?[/list]

When you say cleaned it out, What do you mean? Partial water change, complete water change, Did you treat the water? Do you know the parameters of the water?

Or all of the above, plus also temp.
Can you give us more information about his tank such as size,
temp, water params for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, a list of foods you're offering (is he eating?), etc... ??
There is no way for us to offer an educated guess without that information.
