I love Paul Wylie! He was an amazing artistic skater and he was the best spinner. I'd get dizzy watching him. Smart too. Went to Harvard Law. o.O

Rant: looks like my precious ratty boy Hyde may have a tumour. :( A visit to the vet today should confirm it. On the plus side, he is booked in with one of Australia's top rat vets, so if anyone can help, it's her.

I used to like to watch Scott Hamilton, Brian Boitano and Elvis Stojko.

Those were the good old days of skating, when it was Scott Hamilton and Co. I still miss those days. Back then, skating was less about the jumps and the athletics and more about the artistry.

Rant: Lelouch is a tail biter. There is no pleasing this fish! He hates me!

Anti-rant: He's getting a new tank so hopefully he'll be more 'compliant'...I'm gonna be really pissed if he's worse then Akira was with tail biting. Pissed...But still loving my fish.

But ooh boy...My mom and I both want a baby betta er fry from Petco but we know we're just not cut out for it...Sucks too since we would love to try raising a little guy/gal.

Well, the vet told me to bring Hyde in tomorrow and leave him there for the day so she can sedate him and do a biopsy. Fingers crossed it all goes well. I am a bit worried - I've never not had my boys with me and I feel so guilty leaving him. :(

The rink I train at in Canton, MI when I go there to visit & skate is where I met them. It's like THE place to train for Ice Dance at the moment with Igor Sphilband & Marina Zueva. Several of our national/international competitors train there. Just about everyone there is pretty friendly. But, Meryl & Charlie are the nicest most normal people you would ever meet. I've gotten to visit with them every time I've gone there. Pretty cool to know your blades have touched ice where champions train. Never on the same sheet of ice at the same time though, I'm not THAT good.

I hope everything goes okay. I always feel like I'm leaving my child when I have to leave my cat.

Best wishes for you and Hyde and I'll keep my fingers crossed it's not a tumor. Hang in there. *hugs*
