So, today I noticed Mr. Bubbles' right pectoral fin is red on the ends and somewhat...pointed. I also noticed he isn't really using it unless he has to.
Is this fin rot? or what?

Please help. I'm thinking I should QT him in his cup and get some stress coat, and possibly 1 tsp of AQ salt, yes?
